Guess where I'm working now???
You'll all be pleased to know I'm sure, that I'm happy, dancing, singing, and throughly enjoying my life, loves, and liberations (Ok so I've not set anyting free just yet, but who knows what could happen in this job)
Do you know where I am off to tomorrow for a career in? I've just had word, hot off the press that I'll be working in a Psyciatric hospital. Won't that have some interesting stories for a blog........
The ironic thing is that this hospital is also called St Pats. I just left St Pats college, only to be working for St Pats Psych hospital, and right now I am currently residing next to St Pats Cathedral. (Temporary lodgings till I can find a true place to call home) Now all I need to do is find a lovely irish fella named Patrick (or Padraig in irish) and believe him to have Saint standards and I'll be set!! Red hair always a bonus
Galway was loads of fun, and many interesting experiences including a very hospitable irish man named Ciril, who drank almost non stop from Friday night to Tuesday night. Honestly I've not known one to be so hardcore. Many people stop, he only did to sleep, and that was a rareity too!
Having sun deprivation really makes me miss the australian heat at the moment. It's been a very long time since sunlight hit my pins, and they are looking pastier than a maggott on cocaine! I really dislike the look of the orange irishwoman, but it's getting to the stage where I may have to see about this fake tannage thing.
Since comming here I've accumulated 2 more bags full of stuff. You could say I have 3 bags full!! but the master and the dame and that little kid down the lane can back off, I need them all!
(Perhaps the recruitment agency picked up more in the interview then I thought, a psych hospital is kind of sounding required after reading this one back)
Sorry to all who I have been slack to in not writing emails. No excuses, I'm just a lazy arse with three bags full. But whats your excuse??
Love you all
Take care........

Hey Carmen!
Have fun working at the psych hospital. I pay a psych hospital on the payroll system and let me tell you sometimes I think the staff need more help than the patients which is kinda scarey.
Cheers Pickles
PS Have you gone back to Dublin??
Hi Carmen
What an interesting career move, after reading your blog, I think you will fit in just fine (only joking). It really does sound exiting, a new challenge. Good luck with it.
Love always Mum
Hi carmen,
Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself and have got over your problems. Working in a psych hospital would not be too different to being somewhere when the Thomsons and Harneys get together!
Kaye
